detailing  procedures - facility set - up & approved system - reports - analysis - data requirements approval for each field.
(Time needed with supervisor 3-5 hours following

1)  Detailer Accountability System: (Tracks Your Detailers Performance) (# of  vehicles  - complete cost  break downs)

* Daily Accountability Performance Register Per Detailer - This form tracks on a daily basis - what detailing services your                 
detailers perform as well the number of details they service. (Turned In Daily To Your Detailing Manager)

* Data Obtained From This Form: As a DETAIL HOUR - PER DETAIL SERVICE "FLAG RATE"  has been agreed to and                     
accepted  by YOUR DEALERSHIP - This form is invaluable in evaluating your detailers PAYROLL TO DETAILING          
SERVICES PERFORMED. (Your number 1 Expense in your detailing operations.)

* Detail Depot Detailing Systems Inc. - will train and implement your accountability system as prescribed by your dealership.
Upon initial set up of each of your detailing operations - a Detail Depot Detailing Systems Inc. - employee will instruct
and train your designated detailing manager in the implementation of this accountability system - forms - e-mails - etc.

* Detail Depot Detailing Systems Inc. - will evaluate and rate each of your detailing operations on a weekly - monthly report. This -
also assists us in focusing our training as well re-training of specific operations. (Web Site Assisted as well)  
Your watch dog if you will - Performance Levels - Detailer Performance - Detail Hours Verses Detailing Flag Rates -
Product - Supplies - Equipment %'s To Detailing Services. Training

2) Detail Depot Detailing Systems Inc. - will imitate and install a complete detailing systems inventory control -         
automated-restock system for your dealership - levels established by your dealership. (Web Site Assisted)) A Detail Depot
Detailing Systems Inc. - employee will instruct and train your designated detailing manager in the implementation of this per        
approved inventory tracking system.

* Detail Depot Detailing Systems Inc. - will provide for each of your detailing operations - a complete product - supplies -                    
equipment - average cost per detail for each operation on a weekly - monthly bases - as well a 6 & 12th month analysis.

* This weekly - monthly analysis requires - input and data from your detailing manager. (Web Site Assisted) (Simple E-Mail)
