SAMPLE PURCHASE AGREEMENT:

This agreement is entered into between Detail Depot Detailing Systems Inc. Madison WI.
Detail Depot Detailing Systems Inc. Reno NV. & Your Dealership here "SAMPLE".
Detail Depot Detailing Systems Inc. agrees to provide and supply your dealership
with automotive detailing products, supplies, equipment, and special detailing
operation services and detailer training. Your dealership agrees to purchase
such products, supplies, equipment, and special detailing services provided
- exclusively from Detail Depot Detailing Systems Inc.

Each Purchase Agreement Is Individually Negotiated To Fit Your Detailing Criteria:

This agreement shall continue in force and govern all transactions between the parties hereto for a period of
____years - from date of execution. Renewal or extension of this agreement shall be
negotiated and executed 90 days prior to the expiration of this agreement.

Detailer Training:

Detail Depot Detailing Systems Inc. agrees to provide for all your dealerships detailing personnel with
our DVD detailing training system covering complete new and used vehicle detailing. In addition,
Detail Depot Detailing Systems Inc. will provide on-site detailing training and instruction
at each of your dealerships. For additional training specifics - please refer to our proposed
purchase agreement - that has been specifically customized to meet your detail
training specifications. On - site detailer training - detailing seminars.

Facility Set Up:

Detail Depot Detailing Systems Inc. will install and set-up facilities systems purchased by your dealership.

Detailing Accountability Systems:

Detail Depot Detailing Systems Inc. will train and instruct each of your dealerships detailing employees on
detailing standards - detailing flag rates - detailing procedures - detailing menu's - detailing
services - detailing facility maintenance - detailing equipment maintenance - and detailer
accountability systems. In addition, Detail Department Managers will be trained on the
complete accountability systems. The Detailing Accountability System will be
approved by your dealership. Prior to training your detailing personnel.
Your complete accountability system will be outlined
in your purchase agreement.
