Facilities - Equipment & Supplies Maintenance:
1) Keep all your extension cords rolled up and wiped clean and out of  
the way. Do not run over extension cords.

2) Clean out extractor waste tank after every use.

3) Clean out vacuums every night. Apply a small amount of Orangeen  to
the bottom of your vacuum to disinfect and deodorize.  (Dry Out Filters)

4) Keep bottles full and marked correctly - throw out & replace spray
heads that barely work.

5) Do not run hoses or cords over when moving vehicles, this wears
them out quickly.

6) Do not put buffers on their sides while polishing - if you lay your buffer
or orbital  on the floor between polish lay downs - always lay them on
their back - never set in water.

7) Empty garbage as needed.

8) Clean out washing machine nightly.

9) Remove lint from dryer after every cycle.

10) Keep the pressure washer hose off the floor when not in use - so it  
does not get run over. Oil weekly.

11) Following these tips will keep your equipment and supplies lasting
longer. Keep your floor clean after every detail service.

12) Know, where you equipment warranty and service books are stored.

13) Wipe down your lights weekly & replace burned out bulbs.

14) Keep your vacuum hoses and extractor lines wiped clean.

15) Clean and wipe down your detailing stall walls - weekly.

16) Using a mop - utilize a mixture of Eliminator 50 to 1 in your solution bucket
to clean and mop your stalls - grease and oil base residue in your
stalls ? Clean floor with a solution of Solv All. Squeegee floor dry.

17) Sit down with your management team and come up with your
detailing facility maintenance policy and take some pride in your
work space.
