8:00 - 9:00 a.m. D.V.D. #1 "Detailing - Product - Supplies - Equipment"

Have your detailer or detailers, view our "Product Orientation D.V.D.".
This D.V.D. will pre orientate them to not only what they are going to be utilizing in the detailing facility, but
will give them a heads up on - when to use - what to use - where to use - why - and how to use.
D.V.D. Time Is 35 Minutes

9:00 - 9:30 a.m. D.V.D. #2 "Detail Facility"

Have your detailers view the "Facility Set-Up D.V.D." for your detailers are in touch with
how the system works.
D.V.D. Time Is 7 Minutes

9:30 -10:00 a.m. "Accountability - Expectations - Performance"

This D.V.D. will instill in the new or even old school detailer we recognize the #1 expense in the detailing
facility - and it is sitting in the chair. Labor - Labor -
Labor - Detail Time Frames - Detail Expectations.
D.V.D. Time Is 20 Minutes

10:00 - 10:15 a.m. Break

10:15 - 12:00 p.m. "Complete Wet Stall Procedures"

This D.V.D. covers the entire cleaning process of a vehicle bumper to bumper.
Flag rates - what to use - when to use - where to use - time frames. Why
we detail in set sequences and procedures.
D.V.D. Time is 45 Minutes

Lunch 12:00 - 12:30 p.m.

12:30 - 1:00 p.m.
Detail manager - short meeting with potential detailer - gathering insight
and potential - detailing is not for everyone - and not everyone can detail.

1:00 - 2:30 "Complete Dry Stall Procedures"

This D.V.D. covers the entire cosmetic detailing process and procedures,
bumper to bumper.
D.V.D. Time is 45 Minutes

2:30 - 3:00 p.m.
Have the detailing manager assist the new detailer in orientation to the work area,
make introductions - and answer any questions they may have.
* Sign the detailer in on their accountability work sheet & explain.
*Explain your M.S.D.S. system and have them sign off.
* Who they report to?
* Who signs off their work?
* What detailing services they will be performing?
* Your special employment restrictions and standards?

3:00 - 5:00 p.m.
Have the new detailer work with an existing detailer.

5:00 p.m. "Quick Evaluation"
