11) If you have a spot you have cleaned that re-appears after drying, it has probably went beneath the surface of
 the carpet and wicked up.  Re-Extract

12) Careful - washing vehicles outdoors, wind blown dust and dirt can scratch If you inadvertently rub the dust
into the finish. We do not recommend any washing of vehicles outside, its just to risky. Clear coat is very soft.

13) Zippers, belt buckles and clothing with metal buttons can easily scratch paint, If you brush up against a
vehicle while reaching for difficult area's.

14) For optimum protection and appearance when polishing a vehicle, apply two stages of polish to top surfaces
since these are more vulnerable to the elements. Remember that many thin coats are better, not all polishes are
created equal. Mirage can be layered. No cleaner polishes can be layered.

15) When washing or polishing a vehicle always remove tags from towels to avoid scratching. Remember:
Chamois collect dirt-so clean after every application.

16) Treat leather like its your own skin. When cleaning it, leave as much water in your cloth or sponge as if you
were going to wash your skin.

17) Always condition leather right after cleaning it. Cleaning, opens the pores and makes the leather more
receptive to the conditioning. Petroleum type conditioners are not recommended, they actually induce dryness
long term, as well as build up. Use a water base type as our Protexall.

18) Headliner cleaning, use our Orangeen and a terry cloth towel soaked in
Orangeen to clean your headliners. Even if a headliner looks clean, you'll be surprised how much dirt and grime
is there. Remove smoke film easily.
Never extract a headliner they are way to delicate. Don't forget the visors.

19) Pet hair, is best removed by spraying a fine mist of water over the surface to the pet hair.  This will make
brushing and vacuuming the pet hair much easier. Although we know, removing pet hair a simply a tedious task.

20) Know your detailing limitations.  You must always take into account the age, mileage,  or damage, and abuse,
to the vehicles you are detailing. You are not a body shop, or upholstery shop. I know we can perform detail
miracles. But there is only so much you can do, with that badly damaged clear coat, or wore out carpet, or seat.
