How can I get my interiors to dry quicker?
1) Follow interior cleaning procedures, where you clean the interior immediately after wet stalling the exterior, believe me, there is a reason, we
perform our detailing procedures in sequence, this will give the interior of the vehicle 2-1/2 hours of drying time while you are performing your
other detailing services to the vehicle. That is plenty of time to dry.
2) If you are not using a hot water extractor to clean your interiors, we strongly suggest you purchase one, or simply do not shampoo interiors in
the winter months.
3) Hot water extractors, extract the hot injected water as soon as you extract it, dry time is usually around 45 minutes.
4) A small commercial fan, placed through out, the interior, will seriously expedite this situation. Stanley makes a good one, they run around
$40.00 - $60.00.
5) Do not roll up your windows tight, until the entire interior is dry. This will cause your interiors to possibly start mildewing, not a good thing, so
let the air get to the interior and leave your windows down a bit to
let the moisture escape.
On our Express Wash & Vacs our doors are freezing shut?
1) Compressed air is one of your best friends in this instance, as soon as you are done dry blading the vehicle, run a good blast of air
over the vehicles seems.
2) Utilizing our Spray Wax will drastically reduce this problem, wash the vehicle, rinse the vehicle, and apply a small amount of Spray
Wax to dissipate the water.
3) Are you wiping down your door jams ? If not, add it to your procedures.

We have been having problems with cleaning our glass?
1) Check your towels / remember to have them washed with NO detergents.
2) Micro Fiber towels work great on glass as well finishes.
3) Remember to use the two towel method, one towel to clean the glass and another to wipe off the haze, apply presure. #000 Steel
wool, can be a great help.
What is the best way to clean floor mats?
1) 1st off, you need to decide if the floor mats are even worth the effort.
Beat up / worn out floor mats are best thrown out and replaced. They show the real abuse the vehicle may have had. Obviously, if the
vehicle, is a privately owned vehicle, you need to do your best.
2) Place your mats, on your wall mounted mat hooks, this will element getting the mats dirtier, from laying them on your shop floor.
Plus, they will drip dry quicker.
3) Carpeted mats: Pre-spray stains with Orangeen if the stain is water based,
use the Solv-All on all oil based stains. We prefer to extract, the carpeted floor mats, dry time is much quicker. Although, in some
extreme circumstances we will simply power wash the carpeted mats, against the wall, on the hooks. And let the mats, drip dry.
(Thermax also makes a 5' floor attachment extractor tool, for extracting floor carpets, which we use to clean large carpeted mats. This
process, you would do in a clean area, of your shop, on the floor. This attachment also works great in vans, motor homes, large areas,
etc.)
4) Rubber mats: Simply place on the mat hooks, spray them down with Power Plus, brush, and rinse. Let em drip dry. After, they have
simi - dried, we spray them down, with a fine mist of Protexall to make your mats, look new again.
