Window Cleaning:
What You'll Need:
Clean Towels - Micro Fiber - Aerosol Glass Cleaner -
Pure Glass - Solv-All - Steel Wool - Razor Blades
* Prior to cleaning and polishing the vehicles windows remove any invoicing -
stickers - grease pencil markings - utilize razor blade to start removing
stickers - utilize Solv All for removing grease pencil markings - and left
over adhesives on glass. Solv-All will not stain leather or vinyl.
* Apply Aerosol Glass Cleaner to the drivers outside front windshield - side
mirrors drivers side outside glass - drivers side outside rear window glass.
* Use the two towel method - one to clean - second towel to follow up and wipe
off excess residue and hazing - micro fiber towels are highly recommended -
#000 Steel Wool - for stubborn glass stains or excessive hazing - clean towels
are a must.
* Remember to drop the side glass an inch or so for you can
clean the top edge. It is the extra details that count.
* Repeat this sequence to the inside drivers side glass - do not forget the
rear view mirror - vanity mirrors.
* Apply Aerosol Glass Cleaner to the passengers side front windshield -
passengers out side glass - passengers inside glass utilizing the two
towel method.
* Remember the vanity mirrors and rear view mirrors.
*Crystal clear glass can make or break a quality detail - make the extra effort.
